Went to mackay again last weekend. Stayed with a friend and did some stuff. Got back and my flat hadnt been broken into (like the last time i went to mackay) so thats good.

Wobblebook is back in the shop again – still wobbling *groan*

My cousins got internet access!! woohoo! now i can email and chat to them!

ok, thats it.. ive got stuff to do.

Wow, blogging has been sloooow lately.
Been really busy – marking and lecturing and so forth. Havnt touched any PHD work in weeks, seems working to pay the rent is more important.

Got back from Brisbane, went to Dreamworld while we were down there, it was cool – its changed a lot sicne i was there last. Managed to crack my windscreen on the trip and had to get a new one – $200, not bad i spose.

The wobblebook saga continues, i took it back to the place and they took a video of the wobble, apparently thats what apple wanted to see. Now i wait again. The bloke told me that apparently there was a problem with the first batch of 12inch poerbooks – the bottom case wasnt as rigid as it should be, and apple are tracking it, he said i should either get a new powerbook or a replacement bottom cover… i dont care as long as they fix it.

IM GOING TO WWDC !! yup! i got a student AUC scholorship to go! Should be cool. Ive spent the last few weeks trying to organise everything. Im staying with 2 other people to keep costs down. The cheapest flight is with Japan Airlines via Tokyo, so that should be cool. Got a 6 hour stopover on the way back though… but you get that i spose. Wont be bad to have a look round.

hrmm, apart from that, its the same old thing. Id like to have more time for PHD stuff, but its just not happening. thems the breaks.

The OS X app is going great guns! Things are progressing really well. The backend part is basically all done. Just working on a simple an neat interface. Hopefully we will have it done before WWDC.

OK, ive gotta go see a woman about exam marking, the people that check them have found adding up errors… as expected… *sigh*
