Yes, Jewellery is good, however – picking the right type / color / size / gold amount to reduce rashes / etc is where it gets complicated.
For Melanie – purple stones, at least 10 carot gold (to stop her getting rashes), small and dainty / girly jewellery is what she likes… and surprisingly enough stuff that fits into that category is hard to find in Rockhamptons jewellers…
There is also the problem of getting something and sure she can take it back and change it, but what if the shop you got it from doesnt have anything she likes?, then we are left with a gift certificate and nothing to spend it on.
So what did you give melanie for her birthday brett?

i haven’t been very helpful in giving him suggestions as to what i want for my birthday.
*sigh* Girls are hard to buy for. She has asked for lots of things but most are near impossible
i.e.
Bread sticks from pizza hut in america
She needs a new wallet / purse, but me trying to pick one out for her would be impossible, she has enough trouble finding one she likes herself.
Happy Birthday!
Girls like Jewelery I hear…
