Seems to me to be one of the most <i>humane</i> pieces of legislature. If the goal is for people of disability to be as close to first class citizens as possible then why shouldn't they be given this opportunity. As for it being payed for with our tax money, well.... at least its not business oriented. In short, I am ok with it. I have no problem with this at all.
