Young Australian of the Year?

I wonder what the original criteria are for selection as ‘NSW young Australian of the year’ ?
I think it is a bit silly. She was released without charge or conviction. So why should she give it up!!!!!

AHHH!!! have you noticed Jodie has a sore stop for things like this.. if my memory servies me correctly.. she too was once asked to give up a position due to an alleged drunked incident at a certain swimming carnival… but lucky for us Jod told them to bugger off she wasn’t going anywhere…
